Reserved Parking Policy
We want to thank everyone for their continued patience as we, Events Inc., work to get all the information, as well as ourselves, organized and ready to produce the jamborees this year. After many discussions, debates and arguments, we have decided to make decisions for the jamboree with the thought of tradition in mind. As we move through this process of setting expectations and policies, we will always err on the side of tradition.

2024 Reserved Parking Policy for 4 Wheel Jamboree Nationals
We will allow groups of 10 or more trucks to purchase a reserved spot in the jamborees. Each spot will be an additional $25 to reserve. The designated, roped off area will be agreed upon by show management and the group, on a case-by-case basis, and must be paid in advance. Within the next two weeks, we will be reaching out to all the groups who have already contacted us. We encourage anyone with a group to send us your information at info@events-inc.com.
We will allow individual participants to rope off up to 9 spots, once onsite. However, you will not be allowed to come on the fairgrounds to do so until Friday gates open. We will park trucks that arrive prior to gates opening, in front of the gate on a first come, first in basis (just like we used to do several years ago). Hopefully, your group has a couple of early risers that you can send to the fairgrounds to catch your perfect spot.
Whatever spots are roped off, by individual participants, must be filled by Saturday morning at 10am. If the space is not filled, we will ask you to take down your rope and allow others to park. Management reserves the right to remove excessive roping which restricts other participants from finding a space to park.
Our hope is to create friendly competition while brining back the memories of 300-400 trucks lined up outside the gates on Friday morning. The excitement for the start of the weekend, at the biggest 4-wheel events in the country, was (and will be again) incredible! We believe that this new reserved parking policy will encourage participants to come for the entire weekend and not just on Saturday.
We know this might upset some of you. But, we hope you understand that is not our intent. We want to make the jamboree fun for all and have you continue the tradition, of attending, for years to come.
As always, the Events Inc. team is always willing, and wanting, to hear your ideas, suggestions and concerns, as well as just cool stories from ya’ll. We want the jamborees to be a reflection of all our participants.
