Participant Rules & Regulations

  • Participants

    Credential Information – Participant entry fee includes:

    • Two (2) wristbands (for the driver and 1 adult passenger)
    • a window sticker for your vehicle that must be adhered to and displayed on the driver’s side of the windshield
    • a window card for show N Shine entry and a goodie bag.
    • Your entry also covers up to 5 children aged 15 years old and younger that ride in your vehicle onto the show grounds.

    Wristbands/tickets are not distributed for children 15 years old and younger, and they must enter the grounds in a participant vehicle. If you need additional adult or child tickets for passengers in your vehicle, you may purchase them in advance online or at the Registration Trailer when checking in. The checkpoint entry will qualify any passengers and determine the need to purchase extra tickets.

    Legal age of Participants:

    All participants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to register and drive a vehicle into the show. If a participant is under 18, with a valid driver’s license, a parent or legal guardian must sign a Parental Release Form at the Registration area PRIOR to entering the show. The minor will also need to sign a release and present their valid driver’s license. In order to race in the Mud Bogs, the driver must be 18 years of age by the Friday the show begins.

    Pick-up of Registration Credentials:

    To pick up your registration credentials, the person who is registered must show their valid, unexpired Driver’s License at the Registration pick-up area at each event. Due to liability, you cannot pick up someone else’s Registration materials even if you have their confirmation and ID as a waiver will need to be signed by each individual Participant.

    Registration will be open for pick-up during the following times:

    • Thursday 12:00pm-6:00pm
    • Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
    • Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm
    • Sunday 8:00am-10:00am

    Refund & Change Policy:

    Once you purchase a registration for a vehicle, it is not refundable at any time prior to, or after the show. If you wish to change the vehicle you registered to a different vehicle, you may do so up until 2 weeks prior to the show by contacting info@4wheeljamboree.com.

    Participant Trailers:

    Trailered show vehicles must be unloaded at Registration or trailer parking and driven into the show. No trailers will be allowed to be driven into the fairgrounds at any time. If your vehicle is entered into a race in the event, you will be able to tow your trailer into the racing area, but you MUST obtain a tow-vehicle sticker from Registration pick-up.

    Participant Conduct:

    Events Inc. expects and requires all participants to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during all activities of the event. All Events Inc. are inclusive environments, and we embrace a multicultural and diverse community. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, xenophobia, or racism in any form. Events Inc. is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religious affiliation. Management will under no circumstances, tolerate any of the following: drunkenness, public nudity, burnouts, recklessness, foul language, standing up in the truck bed, fighting or the throwing of anything from the vehicle including beads, candy and other objects. There will be no more than 5 people allowed to ride in the back of any truck bed. Participants may not display flags, banners, signs or t shirts featuring offensive language or imagery, and any other representation deemed offensive or inappropriate by event staff. Events Inc. WILL pull your show credentials for any inappropriate conduct inside or outside of the show grounds. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on disruptive behavior at all events. Security is present to ensure a fun event for everyone, please comply when they make a request.

    Participant Amenities:

    Participants are permitted to bring coolers into the show in their vehicle for food and soft drinks. We ask that NO GLASS bottles be brought onto the show grounds. Drinks in aluminum cans should be put into a can coozie or poured into a cup. Beverages and/or coolers will NOT be permitted to be carried into the grandstand area. Please remember that spectators entering the show from the walk-through gates are NOT permitted to bring food or drinks onto the show grounds, so please be considerate in this matter. There is only ONE gate that participants can enter with coolers, which is the participant gate. No entry is allowed through a spectator gate with coolers of any kind and will be stopped by event personnel.

    Vehicle Security at the show:

    Security will be provided starting at the opening of on-site Registration and continuing through the close of the show on Sunday, but you leave your vehicle and trailer at your own risk. Events Inc. does not guarantee the safety or security of any property left on any site at any time. We take reasonable measures to prevent theft and damage, but we do not guarantee it.

    Alternate modes of transport:

    For safety reasons, the use of all personal means of transportation including bicycles (children or adult), ATV’s, motorcycles, mini-bikes and segways is always forbidden on the show grounds, including show days & vendor set-up days.

    ADA Vehicles:

    Privately owned ADA Scooters may be brought on grounds for no additional cost. Anything other than a scooter (ie. golf carts and other slow moving motorized vehicles) are not considered ADA vehicles. If you wish to bring a vehicle like this, you must pay to register it through the regular Registration process.

    Animals & Pets:

    We do not allow animals into the event. This includes, but is not limited to dogs, cats, snakes, birds etc. Please leave your pets at home or at your hotel, as we will not allow them into the event or on any part of the fairgrounds including parking lots or campgrounds. Officially registered service animals are permitted by law.

    Drones:

    Drones are not permitted at any Events Inc… Any person found flying a drone will be subject to immediate expulsion from the event.

  • Participants

  • Cruise

    Events Inc. is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable cruise experience at our events. Our cruises are intended to be a showcase of the vehicles at the event. The maximum cruise speed is 10 MPH. Any participant speeding, doing burnouts, driving recklessly, rolling coal, or engaging in unsafe cruising will also be subject to immediate expulsion. THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERANCE for any behavior that endangers the well-being of our participants or spectators. All cruise participants are subject to the laws and regulations of both the State in which the event takes place and the facility. You must be a licensed and insured driver to participate in the cruise. Events Inc. reserves the right to deny any vehicle participation in the Cruise route based on the appropriateness of the vehicle relative to the nature of the event, concerns of driver impairment, the safety of the vehicle, or violation of event rules, governing laws, or facility regulations. Furthermore, anyone encouraging people to break the rules will also be subject to immediate expulsion. Vehicles must be insured. Please be prepared to show proof of insurance if requested.

  • Cruise

    Events Inc. is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable cruise experience at our events. Our cruises are intended to be a showcase of the vehicles at the event.   • Show N Shine

    Events Inc offers a “Pick Style” awards program at all 4-Wheel Jamboree events. At each event, the awards will be chosen by qualified Professional Judges, industry experts and qualified Events Inc staff.

    Awards will be given on Sunday an hour before the show ends to the best from the main stage in the Street Zero, Street, Modified, and Pro Class categories. There are plenty of awards, from Best Make to Best Interior, Best Paint, Best Engine and so many more.

    Judging will begin Friday afternoon and continue on Saturday to 6:00 pm. There will be a judging seminar held at all events on Saturday at 9:30am before judging begins. Please make it a point to attend and ask any questions you may have! Sunday is reserved to ask the Judge how you can improve your vehicle.

    YOU MUST WRITE THE NAME YOU REGISTERED WITH ON YOUR WINDOW CARD IN ORDER TO BE JUDGED. i.e. Johnny Appleseed. Please do not write a nickname or your initials. If you do not write your full name, your vehicle will not be judged. This is crucial for our Judge and 4-Wheel Jamboree team to accurately describe you at the award ceremony, find you in our system, and award you the correct prize.

    For the judges to see and take your complete vehicle into consideration, it is recommended to have your hood, tailgate, and doors open.

    There are several classes within each category with awards for each. There will be first and second place winners in each class.

    There are also some awards open to all participants: Awards of Excellence (10 awards), Youngest Participant, Oldest Participant, Longest Distance and Best Kiddie Cart.

    What Vehicles Are Allowed: 4-wheel drive vehicles only – no front wheel drive, must have a front and rear differential.

    Grand Champion Awards: Street, Street Zero, Modified and Pro Categories will have a Grand Champion chosen in each. The Grand Champions will receive an award, along with a special winner’s jacket. You MUST be present to accept your award. If you can’t make the ceremony, you have the option to pay a small shipping fee to have it shipped to you.

    There are seven (7) areas of the vehicle that will determine which of the Show-N-Shine categories you will compete in.

    Suspension: Any component within the suspension system will include but be limited to the following: leaf springs, coil springs, torsion bars, air bags, shocks, traction devices, axles and any brackets required to support the aforementioned. Any custom alteration or complete fabrication to the above listed suspension components will constitute as a modification. This includes painting, powder coating, or plating any of the above listed components or brackets. Suspension lifts of any height are allowed and will not constitute a change as long as the lift is a purchased aftermarket item from a major component company available to the public.

    Chassis: A finished frame will constitute as a change. Finishing a frame will include welding, filling (weld, body filler) all the exposed holes and painting the frame. Finished does not necessarily include boxing a channeled frame, a channeled frame with all the holes welded and filled will constitute as a modification. A cleaned and painted frame will not be considered a change. Axles – an axle mounted on a vehicle other than what was offered by the manufacturer will constitute as a modification. Example: Dana 60’s on a Suzuki Samurai.

    Interiors: There must be three major changes to an interior to constitute a modification, for pick-ups this includes the bed, this will be judged as part of the interior. Changes will include but not be limited to the following areas: “Large” subwoofer enclosures, in-cab roll cages, seat conversions, custom door panels, custom consoles, custom embossed headliner, complete altered gauge cluster, painted floor pans, “built in ” LCD displays, a complete painted interior (dash, panels etc). Adding aftermarket gauges, stereos, seat covers, switches, portable LCD displays, etc will not constitute a modification.

    Engine: Engine swaps with something not offered by the make of your vehicles manufacturer will constitute a modification (i.e., a Ford in a GM). Adding any kind of forced induction such as a supercharger (cog or serpentine) turbo charger, or fuel injection not offered for the make/model the year your vehicle was built will constitute a change.

    Body: Two or more body changes will constitute a modification. Changes will include but not be limited to the following: tilt front end, tilt bed, tilt body, doors opening any way other than factory, hood scoops, shaved door handles, shaved tailgate handle, shaved tailgate, frenched-antenna, taillight changes, headlight changes. In other words if you change the body in two or more places it will constitute a modification.

    Paint: Any paint other than factory colors laid in a vehicle will constitute a modification. This will include but not be limited to flakes, pearls, flip/flop, candies, and chameleon colors. Any graphics or body-wraps larger than 6″ long will be considered a modification, this includes vinyl.

    Plating/Polishing: Excessive plating, polishing or powder coating will constitute a change. Excessive plating will be determined by a simple area vs. amount rule. Any 24″ x 24″ area on your vehicle consisting of 50% plating, polished aluminum, or powder coating will be considered excessive. Wheels will be the only item not considered for this rule.

  • Show N Shine

  • Mud Bog

    Class 1 – 33” and smaller DOT tire (No power adders, no trans brake, must have OEM drivetrain, stock frame and current registration)

    Class 2 – 35” and smaller DOT tire (up to 39.5” – Bloomsburg only)

    Class 3 – 40” and smaller DOT tire (up to 44” – Bloomsburg only)

    Class 4 – 54” and smaller DOT tire

    Class 5 – Open Unlimited (Cuts, Scoops, Power Adders)

    Class 6 – Mega Truck (military, industrial or 2.5 ton or larger axles, AG and V-Tread tires)

    Mud Bog Class Requirements

    1. Fire extinguisher required in all classes, within drivers reach.
    2. Minimum of 2 throttle return springs.
    3. All competitors must wear a helmet and seatbelt. Both must be worn from pre stage, through the pit and back to staging.
    4. Trucks may run alcohol (methanol) but must be declared at tech.
    5. Toolboxes, roll bars/cages and spare tires must be fastened down. No loose objects in the back of the vehicle or in the driver’s compartment. Truck beds must be free of trash and any loose objects.
    6. All classes must have either a hard top or roll bar. Hoods may be cut for the carburetor. Open exposed engines must have a cover or shroud over belts and fan.
    7. All trucks must have a minimum of 3-point harness.
    8. All trucks must have an adequate hook front and back for pull out. ¼” mounts with ⅜” bolts minimum. Tech will have final say in the matter. No straps allowed for pull out.
    9. No track vehicles, chains, tires or wheels with extensions added on for traction. Only stock dual rear wheels allowed.
    10. The tire diameter will be measured by declared DOT size.
    11. During a run if a truck goes out of bounds it will be considered a DQ.

    Mud Bog Class Requirements

    1. Fire extinguisher required in all classes, within drivers reach.

    3. All competitors must wear a helmet and seatbelt. Both must be worn from pre stage, through the pit and back to staging.
    4. Trucks may run alcohol (methanol) but must be declared at tech.
    5. Toolboxes, roll bars/cages and spare tires must be fastened down. No loose objects in the back of the vehicle or in the driver’s compartment. Truck beds must be free of trash and any loose objects.
    6. All classes must have either a hard top or roll bar. Hoods may be cut for the carburetor. Open exposed engines must have a cover or shroud over belts and fan.
    7. All trucks must have a minimum of 3-point harness.
    8. All trucks must have an adequate hook front and back for pull out. ¼” mounts with ⅜” bolts minimum. Tech will have final say in the matter. No straps allowed for pull out.
    9. No track vehicles, chains, tires or wheels with extensions added on for traction. Only stock dual rear wheels allowed.
    10. The tire diameter will be measured by declared DOT size.
    11. During a run if a truck goes out of bounds it will be considered a DQ.

We will use transponder times for Qualifying and Lane Choice. Final Brackets are head-to-head Transponders can be rented for $30/event or you can bring your own if it is compatible with our timing system.

    Classification:

    Tough Trucks vehicle classification will be determined at Tech Inspection. Events-Inc will make the final decision on vehicle classification. Vehicles will have 1 classification per weekend and this classification may not be changed.

    Tough Trucks Awards:

    Modified Must have valid yearly W 9 form racer prior to being paid.

    • 1st – $1000
    • 2nd – $600
    • 3rd Round Loser – $400
    • 2nd Round Loser – $250
    • 1st Round Loser – $175

    • It is mandatory that a licensed driver be seated in the normal driving position any time the engine is running, including pit area, staging lanes, turn around and return road.
    • No high-speed driving or “hot-dogging” will be tolerated in the Tech or Staging areas. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for immediate disqualification of vehicles and driver by Event Management.
    • Management reserves the right to re-tech a vehicle for any reason and reserves the right to disqualify or deny any driver the right to compete if management feels either is unsafe for any reason.
    • Events-Inc decision on vehicle’s eligibility is final.

    General:

    • Vehicle must be in overall good shape and safe operating condition.
    • The truck body must be firmly attached to the chassis.
    • All loose objects must be removed from the interior of the truck and bed.
    • Each vehicle’s battery must be securely held in place. (No straps, rope, expando cords, etc.) If the battery is mounted in a non-stock position, it must be completely covered or placed in a battery box.
    • See “Roll Cage” section.
    • Vehicles with doors removed and fiberglass bodies must have door bars on the driver’s side only.
    • Must have front and rear tow hooks with keepers. No trailer hitches.
    • Vehicle MUST be equipped with a working transmission neutral safety switch, and operable forward and reverse.
    • Vehicles with permanent glass must have side windows rolled down completely during competition.
    • Vehicle must have a rear kill switch. All added weight must be painted white and securely fastened to the frame or chassis. (this will be enforced at tech inspections discretion) Any weights lost on track will result in an automatic DQ at race officials’ discretion.
    • Transponders must be mounted safely & approved by tech on location.

    Driver Safety:

    • Drivers must wear a 31.2 (closed face) helmet manufactured no earlier than 2005 and an 3.2A/5 or greater full fire suit.
    • A safety approved neck collar is required. Each driver must provide his/her own neck collar.
    • Each vehicle will require a minimum of a 5-point harness with 2 shoulder straps, a submarine belt and a lap belt. A “Y” styled RACING harness will be accepted.
    • All harness mounting brackets should be attached directly to the roll cage of the truck and installed to limit the driver’s body travel both upward and forward. Do not mount sheet metal floorboards. Under No Circumstances Are Bolts To Be Inserted Through Belt Webbing.
    • Driver’s hands and feet must be ALWAYS inside the drivers’ compartment while competing.
    • Must have a secure, 2 1/2 lbs. fire extinguisher, with a dial gauge on board, within reach of the driver.
    • Firewall and full floor (.030” minimum are mandatory).
    • Window nets are required.

    Roll Cage:

    • All vehicles with a soft or removeable top must be equipped with a 6-point roll cage and be tied into the frame of the vehicle in no less than 4 places; this includes all Jeeps.
    • Roll bar must be mounted directly behind the driver’s head.
    • Roll bars must be constructed of at least .090” steel tube with a minimum diameter of 1 1/2” (exhaust pipe tubing will not be acceptable). Bends must be continuously round with no sharp corners or edges.
    • A minimum of 1 side door bar is required. This must be constructed of a round tube or square tube with a diameter of 1 ¼”. This is to be mounted with intent to protect the driver in case of side impact.
    • If the roll bars are padded, the welds must be exposed for inspection.
    • Manufactured or purchased “show” or “dress” bars are unacceptable.

    Engine:

    • No turbo/superchargers allowed with the exception of diesel engines only. Naturally aspirated only.
    • No Nitrous (NO2) allowed.
    • Engine setback will be no more than 15% of the overall wheelbase. Setback is calculated from the center of the front axle or spindle to the forward edge of the engine block.
    • Vehicles must have a complete firewall regardless of engine location.
    • Radiators not in stock mounting position must be securely mounted and are limited to electric fans only.
    • All water lines passing through the driver’s compartment must be shielded.
    • Engines are limited to a single 4 barrel or 2-barrel carburetor. Throttle body and multi-port fuel injection allowed.
    • At least two throttle return springs are required.

    Fuel:

    • All vehicles must be powered by gasoline, race fuel, propane, E85 or diesel fuel. Any method of artificially cooling or heating fuel is prohibited. Absolutely no methanol.
    • No fuel lines will be allowed in the driver’s compartment.
    • Any vehicle not using a stock gas tank in the original mounted position must have a fuel cell that is attached in a secure position, inside the frame rails. Any fuel cell must have an anti-spill valve. All fuel tanks must be isolated from the driver’s compartment by a firewall, completely sealed to prevent any fuel from entering the driver’s compartment. Insulated fuel tanks prohibited. When used, fuel cells must have a metal box protecting that part of the fuel cell that is outside of body lines or truck floor, excluding the hose-connection area in rear.
    • The top 4 trucks will have their trucks impounded to Tech and have their fuel tested immediately upon completion of competition.

    Exhaust:

    Vehicles must be equipped with an exhaust system, but do not necessarily have to have a muffler.

    Brakes:

    • All vehicles must have operable brakes on all 4 wheels.
    • Drive shaft brakes may be used in addition to the 2-wheel braking system.
    • Steering Brakes Allowed

    Suspension:

    • Four-link suspension systems are allowed, front and rear.
    • Cantilever and/or compound suspension systems are not allowed.
    • Multiple shock kits and coil over shocks allowed. Maximum travel rating for shock not to exceed 14”.
    • No shocks that can be adjusted while in motion are allowed.
    • No composite, fiberglass or quarter elliptical springs are allowed.
    • Shock mounting points may be strengthened, redesigned, and/or modified.

    Wheels and Tires:

    • D.O.T. only.
    • No recaps or vulcanization. Alterations of tread design allowed.
    • No Snap-On hubcaps or wheel covers allowed.

    Body:

    • Must be a truck or Jeep in appearance. All vehicles should have fenders and hoods.
    • NO TUBE FRAMES. Frames may be lengthened by adding material. Main frame rails if being modified from the firewall forward or behind the driver’s compartment must be constructed of a minimum of 2×2 rectangle steel with a minimum thickness of .095 wall mild steel or .085 ducol tubing with the frame rails to extend to both the front and rear axles.
    • Frames may NOT be modified or altered from forward of the firewall to 6 inches behind the back of the driver’s seat. (tech director reserves the right to make decision on this rule during tech inspection)
    • Frame repair may be made due to damage, but must be made back to stock format (material/thickness/design)
    • Homemade fiberglass or sheet metal bodies must retain stock configuration.
    • Hoods, fenders and/or bedsides must be in stock position. No narrowed vehicles.
    • Full flooring in the driver’s compartment required. A metal firewall extending from door to door to 6” behind the driver seat (minimum .030” thickness).
    • Vehicles damaged due to accidents will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

    Steering:

    • Front wheel steering only.
    • Rack and pinion steering will be allowed. Mounting will be subject to inspection by Tech Officials.
    • Hydraulic steering is allowed but MUST have a bypass on the orbital box.
    • Driver seat can be relocated to the center of vehicle.

    The vehicle must be in overall good shape and safe operating condition. The truck body must be firmly attached to the chassis.

    Loose objects must be removed from the interior of the truck & bed.

    Each vehicle’s battery must be securely held in place. (No straps, rope, expando cords, etc.)

    All Vehicles with Any Type Of Removable Top And All Open Vehicles Must Be Equipped With A 6-Point Roll Cage And Be Tied Into The Frame Of The Vehicle In No Less Than 4 Places. (This includes all Jeeps.) Roll bars must be constructed of at least .090” steel tube with a minimum diameter of 1 1/2” (exhaust pipe tubing will not be acceptable). Bends must be continuously round with no sharp corners or edges.

    Must have front and rear tow hooks with keepers. No trailer hitches. Vehicle MUST be equipped with a working transmission neutral safety switch, and operable forward and reverse. Vehicles must have glass side windows rolled down completely during competition.

    Driver Safety:

    • Drivers must wear a safety approved full-face helmet manufactured no earlier than 2005, long pants and a sleeved shirt (i.e., no tank tops). Each driver must provide his/her own helmet.
    • A safety approved neck collar is required. Each driver must have a minimum of a 4-point harness with his/her own neck collar.
    • Each vehicle will require 2 shoulder straps and a lap belt. A “Y” styled RACING harness will be accepted.
    • All harness mounting brackets should be attached directly to the frame or chassis of truck and installed to limit the driver’s body travels both upward and forward. Do not mount sheet metal floorboards. Under No Circumstances Are Bolts to Be Inserted Through Belt Webbing.
    • Drivers must stay on the designated course or may be disqualified.
    • The driver’s hands and feet must ALWAYS be inside the drivers’ compartment while competing.

    Engine:

    • Maximum of single 4-barrel carburetor, naturally aspirated (factory options allowed).
    • No superchargers/turbochargers allowed with the exception of turbos allowed if equipped from factory and no modifications.

    Fuel:

    • Gasoline and diesel fuel only. (you can use E85)
    • If a vehicle is capable of running nitrous, the bottle must be removed, and lines disconnected at the solenoid.

    Exhaust:

    Open headers or exhaust are allowed.

    Brakes:

    Factory system must be in good condition and fully operational.

    Chassis/Suspension:

    • The suspension system must be a stock factory or acceptable OEM replacement.
    • Aftermarket lift kits acceptable.
    • Front suspension is only allowed for a maximum of 2” block.
    • Must have a stock chassis.

    Tires:

    D.O.T. only. No recaps or tread alterations.

    Body:

    Full body is required and must retain truck appearance. Windshield, grills, and headlights optional.

    Tough Trucks Payout: (based on number of trucks entered)

    All Payout Checks will be onsite 1 hour after the final event at Tech. If you leave it will be mailed to your registration address – Driver must provide new 2024 W9 to be paid.

    5 or more trucks: 1st – $250, 2nd – $175, 3rd – $100, 4th – $75, 5th – $50

    4 trucks: 1st – $200, 2nd – $100, 3rd – $75, 4th – $50

    Explanation of Contest:

    The Tough Trucks Stock Class contest is a timed obstacle course. The course design will vary at each Jamboree depending on the local terrain. Contestants should check the event schedule for Tough Trucks times.

    Classification:

    Tough Trucks vehicle classification will be determined at Tech Inspection. Events-Inc will make the final decision on vehicle classification. Vehicles will have 1 classification per weekend and this classification may not be changed.

    Vehicle Requirements:

    The vehicle must be an ordinary 4-wheel drive truck or sport utility vehicle With the Intent of Being Stock. The vehicle must be owned and operated by a registered Jamboree participant. No Spectator Vehicles Will Be Allowed.

    Policy:

    • Must be a licensed driver and at least 18 years of age to participate in the contest.
    • No alcohol or drugs permitted. This policy will be strictly enforced and presence of alcohol or drugs will automatically disqualify the driver and vehicle from competition. Any participant who refuses to take a Breathalyzer test, or fails the test, will be disqualified immediately by the Tech Inspector.
    • It is mandatory that a licensed driver be seated in the normal driving position any time the engine is running, including pit area, staging lanes, turn around and return roads.
    • No high-speed driving or “hot-dogging” will be tolerated in the Tech or Staging areas. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for the immediate disqualification of vehicles and drivers by Event Management.
    • Management reserves the right to re-tech a vehicle for any reason and reserves the right to disqualify or deny any driver the right to compete if management feels either is unsafe for any reason.
    • NMRO decision on vehicle’s eligibility is final.

Competitors will go 2 at a time on our 2-lane course. Each competitor will run twice, once in each lane. Place will be determined by the fastest time of the 2 runs.

    Driver:

    • Full face helmet or open face helmet with goggles must be worn by the driver. Tech inspection reserves the right to reject any helmet as they see fit.
    • Drivers must wear long pants (no shorts or sweats).
    • Drivers must wear a shirt with sleeves (no cut offs, bikini tops or tank tops).
    • Drivers must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals, crocs or flip flops).
    • Neck braces are recommended during competition.

    Race Vehicle:

    • “Two-Seater Class” All factory engines, turbo and non turbo UTVs. (Includes all Utility Vehicles regardless of cc)
    • “Four-Seater Class” All factory engines, turbo and non turbo UTVs. (Includes all Utility Vehicles regardless of cc)
    • We highly recommend UTV to have a fire extinguisher mounted on the vehicle.
    • Must have at least a 4-point harness.
    • Factory roll cage must be intact, or aftermarket roll cage approved by tech inspection.
    • Must have doors or safety net for the driver.
    • We highly recommend drivers use arm restraints when racing.

    Competition Rules:

    • Each driver gets practice runs on the course if they choose, which will be listed on the Schedule of Events. Racers will be placed into a bracket by a random drawing system at tech. Each racer that wins their race per bracket will move onto the next round until the Final race is reached. Brackets will not be timed.
    • Full track rules and penalties will be discussed at each event during the drivers’ meeting. (Please check the schedule for driver’s meetings. You must attend 1 driver’s meeting to race).
    • Drivers only will be allowed in the competition area.
    • Horseplay will not be tolerated in the competition area or in the pits. No warnings will be given, race officials will ask UTV to be parked for the remainder of the weekend and this is the sole discretion of the race official.
    • ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IN THE INFIELD. We will be checking and if anyone with a bracelet matches a driver or pit person, the driver will be disqualified with no questions asked with no runs, no points, no payouts at that event. This is before, during and after the racing class is over. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy.

    UTV Fun Runs:

    We will offer UTV Fun Runs if our Jamboree schedule allows for it with a UTV that isn’t competing in the shootout during shootout practice times on our infield course. This will be a show-by-show basis. These will be one at a time and not timed. Participants must pass tech inspection first and abide by the above rules.

    • All trucks must be equipped with seatbelts, and they must be worn.
    • All trucks must be fueled by gasoline or diesel fuel.
    • No alcohol or drugs are permitted.
    • Final decision on eligibility is up to tech inspection and Jamboree officials.
    • Drivers must wear long pants and a sleeved shirt.
    • Manual transmissions are prohibited.
    • Must be a licensed driver and 18 years of age to participate.
    • Power adders will be approved or not on a case-by-case basis.
    • Brakes on competition vehicles will be tested for pedal “feel”. A running brake test may be requested. All brake pedals must be covered with a non-slip surface. Line locks are allowed and recommended.
    • Only DOT approved tires are allowed. No re-treaded tires or studded tires are allowed. Tires must have ⅛” tread across the width of the tire. DOT street slicks are allowed if wear indicators are present and at least ⅛” tread remains. All lug nuts must be present and tight. Hubcaps must be removed.
    • Jamboree officials reserve the right to deny any vehicle from competition for any reason.
    • Trucks with bumpers 25” or higher must have drive shaft loops.
    • All trucks must be a registered Jamboree participant to enter.
